Abstract: The relevance of the work is due to the need to improve the efficiency of the use of specialized stands of industrial enterprises
with limited scope and modes of operation, insufficient measurement accuracy, significant time spent on testing. The subject of the
study is the stand of metrological control of the longitudinal elasticity modulus of fiberglass pipes. The aim of the work is to
substantiate the promising directions of improving the metrological support of the stand by improving the accuracy of the
measurement results, automation of the product testing mode, registration of test reports in digital form, as well as the use of the
stand during R & d to study the performance of pipes under the action of various types of power loads. The method and technology
of research are based on the analysis of the role of Metrology as one of the fundamental science-based system-forming factor of
improving the QMS of the enterprise, generalization of the current level of development of domestic and foreign instrument-making,
measuring and information technologies and experience in the development of measurement systems and automation of production
purposes in the enterprise. The improved test bench for measuring control of the longitudinal elastic modulus of pipes in production
conditions operates in an automated mode, eliminates subjective errors of the operator, significantly reduces the time for testing.
Currently, the work on the stand is carried out at the stage of introduction into trial operation at the enterprise.
