Abstract: The article presents the results confirming the increase in the efficiency of coagulation in the standing wave mode and shows the possibility of implementing this mode in practical designs. At the same time, a flexibly oscillating disk emitter that provides a sound pressure level in focus of at least 160 dB and a piston-type emitter that provides a sound pressure level of at least 162 dB are proposed and developed. The developed experimental stand allowed us to study the influence of various conditions of ultrasonic exposure, to identify the conditions for implementing the resonant amplification mode of vibrations in the standing wave mode
