PRIMARY MEASURING TRANSDUCER OF ACTIVITY OF CAVITATION

Abstract: The article is devoted to a detailed consideration of the design and operation principles of the primary measuring transducer for assessing activity of cavitation (intensity of ultrasonic vibrations are propagated in the technological medium (W/cm2) and their frequency (KHz)) in order to control the parameters of ultrasonic action. The key features of this sensor are traced in the article: the ability to estimate the physical value in the conditions of an aggressive technological environment and its applicability in hard-to-reach areas of technological volumes used for production or research purposes. The author also gives some information about the results of the investigation of the finished sensor and the adequacy of its measurement characteristics.
