Abstract: The analysis of known methods and technical means for performing surgical treatment of damage to the recurrent nerve, as well as the experience of their use in the clinic, show that they are not devoid of known drawbacks. The work presents materials that indicate the possibility of improving the results of treatment of damage to the recurrent nerve by implementing a "sparing" medical technology that implements a combined effect on the area of possible nerve damage by complex physical and physicochemical factors.
