Abstract: The results of numerical simulation of non-stationary convective heat transfer of an electrically conductive liquid between two isothermal concentric spheres are presented in the paper. The effect of the orientation of the gravity vector and the Grashof number on the flow structure, the temperature field and magnetic induction, and the distribution of Nusselt local numbers are investigated.
