Abstract: The paper presents a model of activation (increasing of kinetic energy) of reactive molecules in the production of bioethanol from powdered cellulose under the action of ultrasonic cavitation. The process of hydrolysis in the system "liquid-solid" accelerated by ultrasonic cavitation is considered. The process of hydrolysis is the first stage of bioethanol obtaining and limited by interphase surface. The model for the first time takes into account the size of the cavitation zone and the dependence of the zone size on frequency. In the end, this allows you to define the modes, providing the increasing speed of bioethanol from powdered cellulose.
