Abstract: The data on the surgical treatment and treatment of complicated wounds with the provision of detoxification measures aimed at stopping the syndrome of endogenous intoxication (SEI) associated with impaired blood and lymphocirculation and the creation of conditions for improving reparative regeneration and wound healing are presented. The role of mass-exchange processes occurring in the regional heter- ogeneous system of the wound focus under the action of ultrasound is shown, which allows improving the quality of wound tissue rehabilita- tion, which is a capillary-porous system saturated with wound contents (products of cellular decay, endogenous toxins, microbes). The possi- bility of intensification of mass transfer processes is shown by the example of the extraction of a model of wound contents (50% glycerol solution) from a capillary-porous wound model, under conditions of initiating the “reverse” ultrasonic capillary effect. The possibility of ultra- sonic phonoporation, dispersion and removal of protein layers (model - 15% gelatin solution) from the surface of the wound model is shown to improve the conditions of ultrasonic extraction of wound contents in the process of implementing wound treatment technology. Clinical examples of treatment of patients with complicated postoperative wounds are given.
