ANALYSIS OF THE PERFORMANCE OF THE ELECTRIC PUMP UNIT OF GAS TURBINE ENGINES DEPENDING ON VISCOSITY OF FUEL

Abstract: The necessary characteristics of the tested fuels AI-80, TS-1 and L-0.2 are shown. The influence of the fuel temperature, current, voltage, pressure at the inlet and outlet of the electric pump unit on the performance of the product during its operation on each fuel type is considered. As a tool to determine the performance and regulation of the necessary parameters of the Assembly was applied a test stand simulating the operation of the electric pump unit in the composition of the products manufactured at JSC "KADVI". It is established that the electric pump unit provides working capacity on all types of fuel for a set period of time without comments. The dependence of the product production on the kinematic viscosity of the fuel used was revealed. Fuel at which the electric pump unit provides the greatest productivity at all other parameters established at the identical level is revealed.
