Abstract: The article considers new methods for transmitting a unit of plane angle by attitude reference GNSS-receivers from tacheometer and GNSS-simulators of global satellite navigation systems. The aim of the work is to provide conditions for the mass use of attitude reference GNSS-receivers in the field of State regulation of ensuring the unity of measurements in the interests of the socio-economic development of the country. The possibility of using methods for improving the State hierarchy scheme for coordinatetemporal measuring means is shown. The proposed methods allow for periodic verifications of the accuracy characteristics of attitude reference GNSS-receivers in the working speed ranges of equipment placement objects, as well as without dismantling receivers from operating objects.
