Abstract: Currently, in Russia is increasing the volume of production of healthcare devices. This entail necessary to increase amount sterilization facilities, including those which using a gas sterilization method. The equipment, safety, utilization and other systems, which are necessary to carry out the process, are permanent upgrade. In this paper are presented the synopsis of a gas sterilization method, its main advantages and problems and the model, which application will allow to increase safety of the process is developed. The model, in case of successful test, can be uses to develop automatic gas sterilization complex and significantly reduce effects of harmful production factors to employers and to minimize the costs associated with compensation of harmful working conditions.
