Abstract: The results of numerical simulation of unsteady convective heat exchange of electrically conductive fluid between two spheres are presented, when the gravity vector is directed along the radius from the center of the spherical layer to the outer surface. The effect of the Grashof number on the evolution of heat transfer and the magnetic hydrodynamics of a fluid in a spherical layer is investigated.
