Abstract: The relevance of the study, given in the article, is conditioned by the arising technical and economic problems, particularly with the optimal infrastructure size determination from the information technology point of view for a site, which will be able to provide the proper quality of clients’ requests service. The paper makes predictions in these sites operation in the case of their multiple load increase. The article considers the task of optimal control, which formalizes the client sites database management with the help of information throughput and speed increase of the site itself. The necessary conditions for the task optimality are formulated. Stability of found equilibrium positions is studied. Asymptotic stability conditions are found. Results of numerical experiments for operation of two sites and analysis of the obtained solution are given. This article is of practical value to website developers, administrators and analysts.
