ANALYSIS OF THE TRANSITION FROM THE PERSONNEL AND ACCOUNTING SYSTEM "A1-PERSONNEL" TO THE "1C" SYSTEM AT THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of increasing the efficiency of personnel and accounting at an enterprise in the Kaluga region. The purpose of this work is to study and analyze the automation of the process of personnel and accounting at the enterprise with the transition to the «1C» system. It is supposed to use «1C:Salary and personnel management 8» as a software system. This article discusses the «A1-Personnel» software package, which is currently operating at the enterprise, provides some features of work in this system, and describes the stages of transition to the «1C:Salary and personnel management 8» system. Particular attention is paid to the issue of data transfer from the «A1-Personnel» system to the system based on the «1C» platform. As a result, it is concluded that the system «1C: Salary and personnel management8» is the optimal solution as a new system of accounting and personnel records at the enterprise.
